PROVERNA GROUP’s 2025 real estate activity includes the delivery of a €10 million residential portfolio in South Athens, comprising three strategically located projects across Ilioupoli and Glyfada.
The portfolio consists of 23 residential units and over 2,500 sqm of total living space, with the majority of the developments completed and delivered, and the final project currently at an advanced stage of completion.
